5works fine

It is a motorcycle chain - and as a non mechanically inclined person, I don't have a lot to say except that it works.

This is what the shop was going to put on my motorcycle if I let them provide the parts - bought it from Amazon myself for my 2003 Yamaha YZF600R and saved a few bucks.

5Great chain, definitely a step up from "economy" chains
By Flyinlow
I am very happy with this chain. I have installed other chains that came dry out of the box, or worse, had surface rust already starting. I like to ride my bikes (all 6!), and worrying about a chain breaking is one of the last things I want to do. I've also had cheap, non-o-ring type chains stretch ridiculously quick. I'm a big believer in o-ring chains, and the superior durability they offer. I just finished restoring an older muscle bike and used this chain for the final drive. The chain arrived greased, with extra grease for the master link and o-rings even! Installation was a breeze with the RK chain rivet tool. This chain doesn't use the cheap, flimsy clip master links. Instead, you get 2 rivets and o-rings to assemble your master link. After over 200 miles, this chain has stretched VERY minimally, and it is quiet. I highly recommend the professional X-ring DID chains. I bought another one to install on a different bike after my experience with this one.< /p>
